無人チェックインのご利用案内・注意事項

行政（保健所・警察等）の指導および日本の法令（旅館業法）に基づき、ご宿泊者様全員の情報（お名前・ご住所等）の登録が必須となっております。
当施設では、スムーズで快適なご滞在のため、無人チェックインシステムを導入しております。
ご宿泊にあたり、以下の手順および注意事項をご確認いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

1. 事前登録のお願い（スムーズなチェックインのために）
ご予約完了後、ご登録のメールアドレス（またはSMS）へ「事前チェックインのご案内」をお送りいたします。
ご到着前に「宿泊者情報（お名前・ご住所・連絡先など）」を事前入力していただくと、当日の現地操作がわずか1分で完了いたします。
スムーズなチェックインの為、事前の入力にご協力をお願いいたします。

2. チェックイン当日の流れ・必要事項
現地端末にて、ご案内したQRコード（またはチェックインコード）をかざして手続きを行ってください。
日本国籍のお客様: 事前入力が完了している場合、画面の案内に沿って内容をご確認いただくだけで完了します。

外国籍のお客様（日本国内に住所を持たない方）:
法律に基づき、「パスポートの提示（スキャン）」および「顔認証（照合撮影）」が必須となります。
端末のカメラにパスポート写真面をかざし、顔認証を行ってください。

3. ご利用にあたっての重要注意事項本人確認について:
防犯および法令遵守のため、端末にてご本人様確認・顔認証を実施しております。
鍵（暗証番号）の発行: チェックイン手続きが完了すると、お部屋の鍵（またはスマートロックの暗証番号）が端末画面およびメールにて発行されます。

未成年の方のご宿泊: 未成年者のみでご宿泊される場合は、事前に保護者様の同意書の提出が必要です。
チェックイン時までに施設へご送付ください。

To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, our facility utilizes an automated self-check-in system. Please review the following procedures and guidelines prior to your arrival.

Pre-Registration (Recommended for Fast Check-In)Upon booking confirmation, a "Pre-Check-In Invitation" will be sent to your registered email or SMS.Completing your guest details (name, address, contact info) online prior to arrival reduces on-site check-in time to under one minute. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

2. Check-In Steps & Requirements Please use the on-site tablet to scan your provided QR code (or enter your check-in code).Japanese Nationals / Residents: If pre-registered, simply confirm your information on-screen to complete the process.Foreign Guests (Non-residents of Japan): By Japanese law, passport scanning and photo verification are mandatory. Please scan the photo page of your passport using the tablet camera and complete the facial verification step.

3. Important GuidelinesIdentity Verification: For security and legal compliance, identity checks and facial verification are enforced at the check-in terminal.Key / PIN Issuance: Once check-in is complete, your room key or smart lock PIN code will be displayed on the screen and sent via email.Minors Staying Without Adults: Guests under 18 staying without a parent or guardian must submit a parental consent form prior to check-in.
